Terms of Service

Effective date: 2025-08-15

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FireExport. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

FireExport enables you to authenticate with Google and export Firebase Authentication users from your own Google Cloud / Firebase projects into a CSV file. The app uses your OAuth token and only the scopes you grant to call Google APIs on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

  • You will comply with all applicable laws, organizational policies, and data protection requirements.
  • You will ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to access and export user data from the selected projects.
  • You are responsible for securing, storing, and handling any CSV files you download from the app.
  • You will not misuse the app, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with its operation.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use FireExport to access or export data you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not use the app for unlawful activities, spamming, or violating user privacy.
  • Respect rate limits and the terms of Google APIs.

No storage of exported data

FireExport does not store Firebase Authentication user lists on the server. Data is processed in memory to generate the CSV and streamed to your browser.

Intellectual property

FireExport and its content, excluding any data fetched from Google APIs, are owned by the respective maintainers and licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimer of warranties

FireExport is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of FireExport.

Third‑party services

The app depends on Google APIs (Cloud Resource Manager and Identity Toolkit) and may be hosted on platforms like Vercel. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for violation of these Terms or to address security, legal, or operational concerns.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
